Molex Taiwan is now hiring a Warehouse Supervisor at our Tamshui Facility. The Supervisor will utilize leadership, logistics experience, and communication to identify and convert change improvement opportunities related to people, process, and systems.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate safety as the primary value and lead a crew of employees to exceed shipping expectations for operations, vendors, and customers. The candidate must be self-driven and demonstrate a commitment to safety, manufacturing excellence and quality. The senior operation Supervisor must also possess strong interpersonal communication and technical skills as well as being capable of leading transformation initiatives.
Our Team
You will be working within the Global Logistic division, specifically focusing on our warehouses in Molex Taiwan and 3PL. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments such as Shipping, Sales and CSR team, Production Line Supervisors, Planners, Customs, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
What You Will Do
- Ensure compliance with Molex's policies and requirements
- Lead, supervise and support shipping team in daily activities.
- Operational excellence driven, setup SOPs and existed process improvement in inbound/outbound , freight cost analysis, etc.
- Manage forwarders/carriers performance to meet requirement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Responsible, well-organized, strong sense of team-work
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution.
- Fluent English language skill is a must.
- Been working in AEO enterprise
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with warehouse relocation and working experience in 3PL
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvements is preferred
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- SAP experience preferred
