Responsibilities
1. Responsible for international short video business user research, helping the business understand users in different markets 2. Based on business issues, be able to independently complete the demand analysis, program design, and project execution of user research projects, and output research reports with strong implementation 3. Maintain an understanding of the business, and through research, explore and find opportunities that can help bring incremental growth to the business 4. Proactively sort out and judge the market environment and dynamics of Internet content-based products and related industries, and conduct special user/expert research and analysis based on business progress.
Qualifications
1. 5 years or more of market and user research experience, familiar with various research methods, able to independently complete qualitative and quantitative research projects, experience in overseas research projects is preferred 2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to execute projects in English (including project design, interviews, report writing), familiar with cross-cultural communication scenarios, and able to read professional papers. It is better if you master other languages 3. Understand the Internet industry and have personal opinions. Applicants with research experience in pan-entertainment content and community ecology will be preferred 4. Have good communication skills and driving force, be team spirit, and have good self-management and execution capabilities 5. Be familiar with and master SPSS, SQL and other statistical software, and those with big data analysis capabilities will be preferred 6. Bachelor degree or above, including but not limited to psychology, statistics, sociology, marketing, economics, international trade and other related majors.
