Senior Thermal Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thermal modeling and simulation using industry-standard CFD tools such as FloTHERM, Icepak, or equivalent software.

Conduct detailed heat transfer analysis, including conduction, convection, and

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, industrial design, and system architecture) to define and optimize thermal solutions.

Develop and validate thermal prototypes, test plans, and measurement methodologies.

Analyze test data, correlate results with simulations, and propose design improvements.

Drive innovation in thermal management, including new materials, cooling methods, and system architectures.

Qualifications:

Master's or PhD degree in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

6+ years of industry experience in thermal design and analysis, preferably in consumer

Proven expertise with thermal simulation tools (FloTHERM, Icepak, or similar CFD software).

Strong knowledge of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.

Hands-on experience in laptop and/or mobile device thermal design.
