Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the quality assurance of key projects in the direction of life services and service experience, and formulate comprehensive testing strategies and plans 2. Control testing progress and risks, improve and optimize testing process specifications, and effectively ensure product delivery 3. Continuously explore and analyze quality and efficiency pain points, formulate improvement plans and carry out technical construction, and be responsible for the final improvement results 4. Responsible for the formation, training, and operation of the service experience team or horizontal virtual team, and guide the growth of team students.
Qualifications
1. More than 5 years of experience in Internet testing, able to understand the structure of complex businesses, and have strong awareness and ability to control quality risks experience in platform-related product testing or team management experience is preferred 2. Have systematic thinking and accumulation in quality assurance, have a good technical vision, and be able to continue to pay attention to new technologies and new methods in the testing industry 3. Familiar with at least one programming language such as Java/Python/Golang, with the ability to read code and troubleshoot and locate problems. Experience in full-link stress testing, fault drills, and problem diagnosis tool development is preferred 4. Good communication skills and cross-team collaboration skills, able to promote continuous improvement of quality and efficiency from the perspective of the product development team as a whole and users.
