Typical Accountability

1. Lead and deliver a large-scale cloud ecosystem project for an enterprise client

2. Collaborate with client-side CIO and IT teams to define requirements and technical strategies

3. Work closely with internal developers to plan architecture and system integration

4. Outline API structures, database schemas, and detailed use cases

5. Manage project timelines and tasks using Jira; maintain structured documentation

6. Draft or review bilingual (EN/CH) technical documents and presentation materials

Essential Competencies

1. 3+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a technical role

2. Experience working on SaaS-based service projects or large-scale system integration

3. Understanding of API design, system architecture planning, and database schemas

4. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL structures and ability to collaborate with engineers on performance-related topics

5. Proficiency in project collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and AI-powered documentation assistants

6. Strong capability in writing and reviewing technical documentation in both English and Mandarin

7. Solid communication skills to bridge technical and business discussions

Desirable Competencies

1. Familiarity with AWS services such as Cognito, CloudFront, S3, EC2, EKS, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFormation

2. AWS Solution Architect certification

3. Experience in ERP or Data Lake integration projects

4. Experience engaging with C-level client stakeholders (e.g., CIO) in technical discussions

5. Familiarity with hybrid cloud and serverless architectures

6. Ability to manage shifting priorities with resilience and optimism

7. Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills

8. Proactive, curious, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams
