We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help dentsu attract and hire the best talent. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, work closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and colleagues across the business, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience. You will also contribute to strategic areas such as market mapping, employer branding, and diversity hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for assigned business units, and support other teams when needed.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, search engines, social media, referrals, and professional networks) to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Manage around 1215 open roles at a time, with flexibility to take on more based on business needs.
- Review candidate profiles, screen resumes, and update status in the applicant tracking system.
- Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews before presenting candidates to hiring managers.
- Partner with hiring managers to guide candidates smoothly through the process.
- Lead offer management, working closely with career advocates and hiring managers to finalize hires.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in a medium to high-volume environment.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
Preferred
- Experience recruiting in advertising or Media industries.
- Passion for recruitment and delivering great candidate and stakeholder experiences.
- Strong sourcing skills, with proven success engaging passive talent.
- Skilled at building sourcing strategies, advising hiring managers, and managing expectations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
