Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our People Team of Shopee Taiwan. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various business teams within the organization to understand their unique business functions and needs, executing the recruitment process with precision and creativity.
- Build close partnerships with stakeholders in Taiwan and across the regional markets to solve organizational challenges through talent acquisition strategies
- Deep dive into current and future business needs, identify gaps and problems
- Conceptualize, drive and evaluate talent recruitment-related initiatives that will contribute to long-term improvements in team's objectives, productivity and development
- Build and support talent acquisition plans - from requirements understanding, talent pool defining, sourcing, screening to selection of suitable senior talents
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 4 years of relevant recruitment work experience
- Passion for people, organizational, and cultural transformation
- Highly motivated self-starter with independent decision-making abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to quickly evaluate situations, combine strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
- Strong project management, execution and effective communication skills, and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
- Experience in regional roles and/or in large technology companies and working with senior stakeholders are a plus
