We are seeking a highly motivated hybridAnalyst-Consultant-Builderto join our Transformation Team. This role is essential in deliveringAI-driven Finance Transformationinitiatives across our 500+ staff Finance Group, while also supporting AI/automation use cases across other Business Units.
You will play a key role inrapid prototyping, automation workflow development, enterprise process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. This role suits someone who enjoysfast delivery, structured thinking, continuous learning, and hands-on AI solution building.
Your Role
AI & Quick Solution Delivery
Rapidly design and deliverAI/automation solutionsusing low/no-code tools
Apply prompt engineering, AI APIs, and automation orchestration to accelerate solut ion development.
Partner with Finance and Business Units to co-create scalable AI use cases and support adoption.
Process Reengineering & Transformation
Lead business process redesign initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows across Finance and Operations.
Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, value stream mapping, and opportunity assessments.
Support execution of the Finance Transformation roadmap and cross-BU AI enablement.
Consulting, BA & PM Responsibilities
Partner with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to define requirements and shape solutions.
Manage transformation projects end-to-end:scoping, design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and change management.
Provide data-driven insights and quantify improvement/ROI for transformation initiatives.
Support vendor evaluation, solution design, implementation, documentation, and training.
Enterprise Process & Governance
Navigate enterprise governance processes, includingCAB, release management, ITGC controls, audit requirements, and data governance frameworks.
Ensure all solutions comply with security, risk, and regulatory standards.
Operate effectively within structured SDLC, documentation, and approval workflows.
Collaborate with IT Security, Infra, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure safe and compliant delivery.
To Succeed in This Role
Core Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Candidates with proven experience in AI, automation, or low/no-code solution development will also be considered.
Minimum5+ yearsof experience in Finance, Accounting, Transformation, or Business Process roles.
At least2+ yearsin BPR/Process Optimization.
At least2+ yearsin BA/PM roles, preferably in consulting or transformation environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Hands-on experience or strong interest inAI/automation tools(ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Power Automate, n8n).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI workflows (RAG, vector DBs, API integration) or automation tools.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Lean, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience working in large organizations (10,000+ staff) is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
