Accountabilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of Salesforce solutions to support global marketing and sales operations.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs that align with enterprise architecture.
- Oversee Salesforce architecture to ensure optimal performance, maintainability, and extensibility.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Sales, Marketing, and IT to ensure capabilities meet business objectives.
- Direct integration efforts between Salesforce and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Establish and enforce development standards, configuration best practices, and platform governance.
- Mentor developers and solution consultants, fostering innovation and excellence.
- Support organizational change management, including knowledge transfer, training, and enablement sessions for key users.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance optimization, automation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, including at least 5 years specializing in Salesforce.
- Proven success leading large-scale Salesforce implementations across multiple business units.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP systems and other key applications.
- Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, CPQ Specialist, Technical Architect) highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a customer-first mindset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related discipline.
