Senior Solution Analyst / Solution Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking for a Senior Solution Analyst / Solution Analyst for a eMPF platform development. This large-scale project involves numerous stakeholders and aims to enhance processes across multiple business areas.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-6 years experience as technical solution analyst
- Experienced working on large-scale transformation project
- Skilled in requirement gathering and documentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL and basic programming is bonus
- Fluency in Canto and Mandarin and English
Responsibilities:
- Partner with users to diagnose core business challenges and design tailored analytical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to deliver products that align with business objectives.
- Analyse front-to-back application impacts and interpreted requirements to identify value-creation opportunities.
- Support project management through planning, and the creation of functional specifications and UAT documentation.
