Senior Social Media & KOL Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Social Media & KOL Marketing Specialist / Assistant Manager to drive YouCam's social media growth and creator partnership initiatives across Instagram, Threads, and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong social media execution with influencer marketing expertise. You will own platform planning, content direction, KOL collaboration, and campaign performance tracking to strengthen brand awareness, audience engagement, and app growth. Unlike community-based forum marketing, this role focuses on official brand channels, creator partnerships, and performance-driven social campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage YouCam's official Instagram, Threads, and TikTok accounts, including content planning, publishing, and optimization.

• Develop and execute social media growth strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and app downloads.

• Identify, outreach to, and manage KOL / creator partnerships from planning to execution.

• Plan and coordinate platform-specific content, including Reels, TikTok videos, and Threads posts.

• Monitor social trends, platform updates, and creator content styles to keep campaigns relevant and competitive.

• Track channel and KOL campaign performance, and provide insights for optimization.

• Work closely with internal teams to align social and creator campaigns with brand and business goals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, KOL / influencer marketing, or related digital marketing roles.

• Proven experience managing official brand accounts on Instagram and TikTok; Threads experience is a plus.

• Hands-on experience in KOL outreach, collaboration management, and campaign execution.

• Strong understanding of short-form content, social trends, and audience growth strategies. • Good analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.

• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
