YAGEO Group is a global leader in passive components and advanced electronic solutions. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Digital Engagement team and support global marketing priorities.
This role leads YAGEO Group's digital engagement activities across social media and other digital channels, managing a Graphic Designer and two Digital Marketing Specialists while working with stakeholders across a global B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital engagement strategy in line with marketing objectives.
- Manage and develop the Digital Engagement team.
- Oversee content planning, campaign coordination, and publishing.
- Ensure consistent brand, messaging, and tone across digital channels.
- Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Support campaigns, product launches, and key business initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and audiences.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content strategy, preferably in B2B.
- Experience leading or managing a small team.
- Strong understanding of digital channels, content planning, and analytics.
- Strong communication skills, cultural awareness, and ability to work effectively in a global environment.
- Full professional fluency in English.
- Experience in industrial, technology, or electronics sectors is an advantage.
