Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Expand the company's market share, with target sectors including but not limited to restaurants, hotels, and other related channels.
  • Achieve new business sales targets as defined during the budgeting process.
  • Ensure profitability of new business growth by adhering to strict pricing guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the field team throughout the prospecting, proposal, and presentation processes.
  • Build and nurture industry relationships through networking, trade shows, industry events, and collaboration with equipment suppliers.

Qualifications

  • 35 years of sales experience, with familiarity in the restaurant, hospitality, or foodservice sectors.
  • Strong B2B sales performance with a results-driven mindset
  • Skilled in executive-level negotiations and new business acquisition
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on exceeding client expectations
