Senior Sales Manager- Medical Device (Cardiovascular))-Homebased

US Medical Device Company are seeking a Senior Sales Manager for the Cardiac Surgery business -Homebased -Taiwan.

Role

-Expand sales of products throughout the territory

-Develop and execute strategic business plans meeting well defined goals as per timelines

-Lead local distributors-influence and drive market development opportunities in Territory of Taiwan

-Develop, aligning and executing on annual marketing and training plans.

-Lead the development of a business growth plan that has both 12- month and 3-year horizon

-Develop and maintain professional business relationships with distributors. Identify and develop new channels to market that enable us to get closer to the customer

Experience

-8 years plus in medical device sales (preferably in cardiac surgery)

-Distributor management experience is preferred

-Bachelors degree in a related discipline required.

-Experience in management of a distribution network with demonstrated sales growth is desirable.

-Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory
