Job Description

Senior Sales Manager – Taiwan

This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role with a clear path to General Manager. You will take ownership of Taiwan's commercial activities, managing an existing customer portfolio while developing new business across the PCB and advanced packaging market.

You will be the face for key accounts - trusted by engineers, purchasing and brought in at the C-level for deal closing. With cutting-edge solutions, they partner with some of the world's most demanding electronics manufacturers.

What You'll Do

  • Sales Ownership: Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across Taiwan's PCB, HDI, and substrate sectors
  • New Business: Identify opportunities early, build relationships at all levels, and close complex capital equipment deals
  • Deal Leadership: Lead commercial negotiations alongside the GM; own the process from RFQ to signed order
  • Technical Sales: Act as a trusted technical partner to customers - discuss process flows, advise on wet process solutions, and coordinate with internal engineering for tailored proposals
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends in AI server boards, high layer count PCB supply chains; track competitor activity and report on emerging opportunities
  • Project Management: Coordinate project delivery from order through to installation and post-install follow-up
  • Industry Presence: Represent at key industry events including SEMICON Taiwan and TPCA Show
  • Team Development: Mentor junior sales team members as the Taiwan commercial function grows

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • 5–10+ years of sales or technical sales experience in the PCB manufacturing, substrate, or wet process equipment / chemistry sector
  • Background at or selling into Tier-1 Taiwan PCB, HDI, or substrate manufacturers
  • Strong commercial acumen - able to translate technical customer needs into business opportunities and close high-value deals
  • Proven ability to build and manage senior customer relationships in the Taiwan electronics market
  • Fluent Mandarin and English (all internal documentation is in English)
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics, or related discipline
  • Full driving licence - regular travel across Taiwan required

Highly Valued:

  • Experience at wet process chemistry suppliers or capital equipment companies serving the PCB/substrate sector
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
