Senior Sales Manager

A fast growing company specialized in machine vision and manufacturing automation is currently hiring for a Regional Senior Sales Manager, to be based in Taiwan.

The Regional Senior Sales Manager is responsible for sales performance in East Asia, leading sales strategy and planning. This role manages a sales team in delivering revenue and sales targets and developing a robust sales pipeline. As a senior commercial sales leader, this role will also manage key relationships with strategic customers and partners.

This is a high impact role in an organization that is rapidly growing.

The ideal candidate:

• 10+ years of sales, business development and commercial experience
• Experience in machine vision and automation is a must, ideally with deep understanding of industrial 3d/2d cameras
• Strong networks in the manufacturing industries, including semiconductor, electronics and telecommunications
• Full bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese
