Summary of Position

The (Senior) Sales Consultant will play a vital role in educating expectant parents on the benefits of stem cell banking while driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This position requires exceptional relationship-building skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals to expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate expectant parents on the process and advantages of stem cell banking, guiding them through registration.
• Manage a designated sales territory to achieve targets and grow market share.
• Develop sales forecasts and territory account plans.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and private hospitals through regular engagement.
• Deliver outstanding after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to continuous growth.
• Provide market insights to support business and marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related disciplines.
• 2-5 years of sales experience preferred experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to success.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills a team player.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Skilled in MS Office applications.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Sales Executive.
