Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Account Manager located in Taichung City. The Senior Sales Account Manager will oversee the management of key client accounts, ensuring superior customer satisfaction, and spearhead lead generation endeavors to drive business growth. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal departments to deliver quality solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience and expertise in Account Management and Lead Generation to drive sales and foster long-term client relationships
• Strong Customer Service and focus on Customer Satisfaction to provide excellent client experiences
• Effective Communication skills to liaise with clients and collaborate across teams
• Proficiency in business development and sales strategies is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Taichung City
