Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Account Management Specialist to join our global Agency Sales team, where innovation knows no borders. As a Senior Sales & Account Management Specialist, you will drive Sabres commercial growth across Taiwan by leading new business development and managing relationships with a diverse portfolio of travel agenciesincluding OTAs, leisure agencies, consolidators and TMCs. This role requires a true hunter mindset: leveraging a strong existing network, proactively pursuing new opportunities and relentlessly focusing on winning new accounts. You will also manage and expand existing partnerships, ensuring high-value adoption of Sabre solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead new business development across Taiwan travel agencies, with a focus on OTAs, leisure agencies, consolidators and TMCs.
  • Proactively identify, pursue and close new opportunities using a hunter approach and strong market relationships.
  • Drive revenue growth through account expansion, renewals and solution adoption.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts and performance objectives to achieve sustainable business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet market and partner needs.

Preferred qualifications and education

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in the airline, travel agency or travel technology sector.
  • Strong existing network and relationships across the Taiwan travel ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of winning new customers and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of distribution systems, including GDS and emerging models such as NDC.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.
