Job Description
- Lead new product development programmes from initial concept, design, validation, and scale-up to production release
- Apply Design of Experiments and statistical methods to optimise filtration performance and product robustness
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including process engineering, metrology, manufacturing, and NPI
- Partner with international customers and internal technical teams to align requirements and success criteria
- Prepare clear, high-quality technical reports and presentations for internal and external audiences
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, contributing to technical capability building across teams
- Publish technical work and present findings at internal and external technical forums
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, particularly wet etch and cleaning processes, is highly preferred
- Background in fluid handling systems, filtration, or purification technologies is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with DOE and data-driven problem solving
- Proficiency with statistical and data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, or Power BI
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
- Strong English communication skills for technical writing, presentations, and customer engagement
