About the Client:
Due to continued expansion, the world-leading of the major producer in consumer electronics industry of the world has an opening for Senior Quality Manager, they are specialist in provide and develop of consumer electronicsproducts with production services. Recently they are active seeking a potential candidate for support monitoring quality and reliability testing for the company's goods and development processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage an effective and efficient QA and environmental system with the help of a team and conduct routine QMS and EMS audits to check for compliance and progress.
- Before going into mass production, test new items for quality, then keep an eye on how they perform in the field.
- Work together to organize quick corrections or actions for improvement.
- Conduct routine manufacturing process audits to make sure that the methods and quality of the production meet all customer, corporate, and Products Safety Listed standards.
- Communicate and work together with client representatives, regular FUS and Safety Marks Listed auditors, QMS and EMS auditors on the Factory QMS/EMS/Safety Audit, and make sure that corrective action is carried out and that agreed-upon specifications are met.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in a field such as quality engineering / manufacturing engineering / industrial engineering / electronics engineering, or another similar field.
- At least 12 years of experience working in the electronics manufacturing sector, at least 6 of those years in a managing capacity.
- Experienced in finished consumer electronics goods is a MUST!
- Working experience for large manufacturers is a plus.
- Having a thorough understanding of the QMS ISO9001/EMS ISO14001, International Environmental Acts: RoHS & REACH, and Product Safety Standards and Regulations: UL/CSA/MET/CCC/KTI, among other things.
- Capability to collaborate between departments, cope with ambiguity, and desire to take on challenging assignments.
- Strong leadership with good people management and development abilities.
- Strong ownership, proactive, self-motivated, responsive, and result oriented.
