Job Description
Objectives
- Quality responsible ( QR role ) for trade goods project
- Supplier quality management ( PUQ role ) supplier audit and product release ( YBFR and accessory ).
- Handling quality complaint system CAR and PSS ( YBFR and accessory )
- Product quality continue improvement ( PDCA )
- Quality report and maintain GRD system / WRR_ib / EDC / RMA analysis ( YBFR and accessory )
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- A Master's degree in Engineering is required for this position.
- Substantial experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control is essential.
- Proven track record in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects or manufacturing environments is necessary.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is required.
Knowledge And Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of ODM/EMS processes and NPI procedures is crucial.
- In-depth knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and risk management principles is expected.
- Proficiency in quality engineering tools and methodologies is required.
- Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts is highly valued.
Certifications
- Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) are strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications like Certified Quality Manager (CQM) will be considered favorably.
Language Proficiency
- Intermediate level of English proficiency is required.
- Advanced level of Chinese language skills is essential.
