Job content:

  • Answer inquiries and complaints from employers, employees and agencies

  • Assist in handling complex cases and contact customers personally when necessary

  • Guide the team to ensure service quality

  • Complete tasks assigned by superiors

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above

  • Have MPF Or customer service center experience is preferred

  • Understand English and Mandarin

  • Strong communication skills and able to solve problems
