Answer inquiries and complaints from employers, employees and agencies
Assist in handling complex cases and contact customers personally when necessary
Guide the team to ensure service quality
Complete tasks assigned by superiors
Diploma or above
Have MPF Or customer service center experience is preferred
Understand English and Mandarin
Strong communication skills and able to solve problems
