Senior Project Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes within budget, agreed timelines, and customer requirements. This role requires strong project management experience in the ICT industry, with the ability to manage project scope, resources, risks, and stakeholders, while working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring quality, budget, schedule, and customer requirements are met.
• Plan and manage project scope, schedules, resources, and overall project execution.
• Lead and coordinate diverse internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor resource utilization and proactively manage project schedules and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including scope creep, schedule delays, technical issues, and resource constraints.
• Manage changes to customer requirements in accordance with established change control processes.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of project reports and documentation.
• Work closely with clients to ensure the timely completion of contractual milestones and support the billing process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related professional experience.
• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably within the ICT industry.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud technologies, information security, and general IT infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on schedule.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP certification is required; additional certifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL v4, CITPM, or PMI-ACP are preferred.
