〔Job profile〕
The Senior Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating a portfolio of projects, with a primary focus on clinical service projects (80%), as well as cross-functional operational and product-related initiatives (20%). The role ensures timely execution, effective stakeholder coordination, regulatory compliance where applicable, and successful project delivery.
For clinical service projects, the role coordinates activities from study initiation and contract execution through sample collection, laboratory testing, data delivery, and project closure. The role collaborates closely with Principal Investigators, hospitals, Sales, Laboratory, Operations, QA, Legal, Accounting, and other internal and regional teams. As the individual develops greater project management capability and business understanding, the role is expected to gradually take on more complex cross-functional and operational projects beyond clinical services.
