Strategic Project Leadership: Act as the primary architect and lead for our Global Ticketing Machine initiative, driving the project from initial concept to international scale.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the connective tissue between Business Development, Merchants, R&D, and external vendors to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with business goals.
End-to-End Ownership: Conduct rigorous business impact sizing and strategy formulation. You will manage everything from timeline planning and deal execution to the physical deployment of ticketing hardware.
Ecosystem Innovation: Drive offline sales growth by building robust partner ecosystems. You will look beyond the transaction to provide long-term value to merchants and create intuitive booking experiences for users.
Performance Analytics: Establish and track key performance metrics. You will lead regular business reviews, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders to optimize project ROI.
Execution Excellence: Balance visionary planning with a get-it-done attitude, ensuring that innovative ideas are backed by solid, scalable execution.
What you'll need
Experience in OTA, ecommerce, tech startup, strategy consulting, business analytics, category or and product management
Experience in travel products such as Attractions & Shows, Tours & Activities or in-destination Transportation (eg. railway, bus, ferry) is a plus
Track record of successfully driving cross departmental projects is preferred
Fluent in both Chinese & English
