Senior Project Manager, Event Management

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager, Event Management to lead the planning, execution, and post-event analysis for a variety of events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, project coordination, and team collaboration.

Your New Role:

• Plan and manage event, including venues booking, develop event timelines, secure permits and insurance, coordinate with artists, producers and vendors
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate marketing and promotion plan, manage ticket sales and sponsorships
• Event execution to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage event budgets, P&L and resources effectively

What makes you succeed:

• Degree in Event / Project Management, Entertainment Management or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in event management, concert promotion or music industry roles
• Familiarity with touring logistics, operation and live production
• Strong team management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Enthusiasm for music genres related to the events being organized
• Comfort using modern AI-assisted tools for research, drafting, analysis, translation and workflow efficiency
• Detail-minded and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin is a plus
