An opportunity has arisen for an energetic professional to lead their project management division for upcoming new projects.
We are now seeking for Senior Project Manager - Archi.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Account for full spectrum of project management duties from inception to completion
- Manage project pipeline from design, submissions, procurement to site management with the support from designers, contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Evaluate and manage contractors and vendors performance
- Closely liaison with other project team members to attain objectives by various stages
- Liaise with the senior management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop best practices and procedures to ensure strict compliance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree holder in Architecture, Design or equivalent
- At least 12 years of project management experiences with proven track record in diversified project portfolio, preferably in property developer
- Sound knowledge of statutory requirement and compliance
- Membership of professional qualification is a plus to this role
- Excellent communications and organizational abilities
