THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dedicated and focused sales representative to join our dynamic sales team in OncologyBusiness Unit. You will play a crucial role in supporting healthcare professionals and in saving lives and fulfilling unmet medical needs.
This role will be based in Taipei and repot to District manager-Austin huang
What You Will Do
- Equipped with product and therapeutic area knowledge to scientifically engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Use effective communication and influencing skills to drive product adoption.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service.
- Adapt quickly and respond agilely to changing environments and various customer needs.
- Collect, analyze and share market insights with relevant stakeholders (Marketing, Medical and other cross-functional teams) to maximize business opportunities and bring insights to implementations.
- Win as one team and focus on what matters; Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver impact and achieve company aspirations.
- Contribute to continuously improving sales processes and operations.
- Support adhoc projects and other initiatives.
What You Must Have
- 2+ years work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Solid communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; skillful in analytical tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Basic English proficiency.
- Good interpersonal skills being proactive, collaborative, and resourceful.
- Valid driver's license is required.
