Senior Product Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Taipei for a Senior Product Manager. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the full product lifecycle, from strategy and development to launch and performance analysis. Responsibilities include conducting market research, defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the alignment of product offerings with customer needs and company goals. The individual will also monitor product performance, suggest improvements, and drive innovation by evaluating market trends and feedback.

• Product management and strategic planning skills, with experience in product roadmapping and lifecycle management
• Strong market research and data analysis skills to identify trends, customer needs, and industry opportunities
• Proficiency in cross-functional team collaboration, including engineering, sales, and marketing teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with the healthcare or medical equipment industry is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations effectively
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for successful communication in an international work environment
