Responsibilities
Independently own the product strategy and execution for products related to KYB and other compliance-related projects end to endCollaborate with global KYB vendors to build the state-of-the-art KYB and verification platform using cutting-edge technologyWork closely with compliance and operational teams to enable superior KYB onboarding experiences for our corporate usersWork closely with Product Managers, engineers, and designers to ensure a high quality product is builtPrioritize feedback from users/internal stakeholders (e.g. compliance, legal, operation, data etc.), make difficult trade-offs, and drive the product roadmapDefine and analyze key product metrics to inform decision-making and measure successAI/ML Integration: Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to design and deploy scalable AI models streamline KYB processRequirements
At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Product ManagerUnderstanding of AI/ML conceptsExperience in building products for international marketsExperience in product lifecycle managementStrong communication/presentation skillsStrong stakeholder management skills User-focused and product-driven mindsetAbility to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projectsFluent spoken and written English & Mandarin is a plus toliaise with overseas partners and stakeholdersFamiliarity with Blockchain technology or fin-tech sector is a plusWhy Binance
