Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • With solid financial product and risk knowledge and experience, and reasonable sensitivity to the market, dynamically capture customer needs and potential market opportunities, providing the management with timely and professional product development strategies and recommendations.
  • Fast learner and able to integrate information from multiple aspects to achieve a deep understanding. Apply new market trends and new technologies in product development with consideration of reality needs.
  • Able to independently perform product development tasks, including but not limited to designing workflow, drafting system UR, conducting PDD and coordinating development projects, etc.
  • Able to continuously review daily products and procedures with developmental perspective. Propose and complete optimization of products or procedures in a timely manner.
  • Focus on customer needs, and sensitive to risks. Always pay attention to compliance principles, and being efficient and effective.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above with major in Finance, Business Administration, Investment, Economics or related subjects.
  • Professional qualifications in CFA, FRM and equivalent will be an advantage.
  • 8+ years relevant working experience in financial market product development, or similar experiences in financial industry.
  • Profound knowledge and understanding of the relevant regulations and policies of the financial markets.
  • Strong project management skill.
  • Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
  • Problem solver with a positive attitude.
  • Strong determination and sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, as this role involves communications with China and SEAsian institutions.
