Position Overview We are seeking a Thermal Management Engineer to develop thermal solutions for high-power photonic systems. The ideal candidate will specialize in thermal analysis and cooling technologies for densely integrated photonic-electronic modules. Key Responsibilities . Develop thermal management architectures for multi-chip photonic modules . Design and optimize cooling solutions including heat spreaders, microchannels, and TECs . Perform thermal stress analysis and warpage optimization . Characterize thermal interface materials and their reliability . Establish thermal design rules and specifications for system integration Qualifications . PhD/MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field . 3+ years experience in thermal management for electronic/photonic systems . Expertise in thermal simulation and experimental characterization . Knowledge of thermal materials and interface technologies . Experience with multiphysics simulation tools (ANSYS, COMSOL)
