The applicant must possess
- a recognised degree, preferably in construction related disciplines
- qualification of Registered Safety Officer (RSO) is a must, holder of First Aid Certificate would be an advantage
- a minimum of 5 year's post-qualification work experience, with experience in supervisory level, preferably in sizable organisations
- sound knowledge of renowned Smart Site Safety System and technologies
- excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders
- proficiency in Microsoft application software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- good understanding of generative AI and data processing skills is preferred and
- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Duties include
- to supervise operation of various safety training courses and programmes
- to plan and implement training facilities upgrade
- to supervise and monitor his team to maintain smooth operation of the Safety Training Centre but not limited to handling enquiries and complaints according to service pledge
- to take lead of enhancement projects to improve operational efficiency
- to provide programme and office administrative support
- to liaise with different internal and external parties / organisations for operational issues and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
