The applicant must possess
- level 2 or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the HKDSE Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English and Chinese in the HKCEE or equivalent
- a minimum of 3 years post-qualification work experience in administrative work or customer services, preferably in construction field or call centre
- high integrity, mature and able to work independently
- a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing
- Basic knowledge in 4S, construction technologies and AI and
- good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
(Applicants who do not possess the required qualifications and / or experience may be considered for other positions within the organisation.)
Duties include
- to conduct daily administrative duties of safety training unit
- to support clerical and general administrative support of various training courses / programmes and in office, and liaise with teaching staff and trainees in relation to the training arrangement
- to assist in the preparation and coordination of safety training programmes or projects, including but not limited to handling applications, preparing reports, handling documents and mails, course scheduling and logistics, assessments and certificates, and support services to trainees, etc.
- to handle enquiries and provide counter services
- to set up and prepare training materials / equipment for lectures
- to keep track of the maintenance, repair and storage of training materials / equipment and
- to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
