- Perform, according to the established quality and service standards, all maker functions assigned by supervisor including transaction processing, system input, trade documents checking and examination, transaction reconciliation and control report follow up, handling enquiries from internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within agreed turnaround times according to established procedures and service standard.
- Identify errors, exceptions or unusual transactions and promptly escalate them to supervisor / Team Manager.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements and operational procedure.
- Support implementation of new products, system enhancements, UAT testing and process improvement initiatives.
- Cooperate with team members to achieve team objectives and tasks.
- Achieve the defined KPIs.
Education : College graduated or above.
Relevant Experience: 1-3 years experience in banking operations. Trade operation experience or Documents checking experience (i.e. UCP, ISBP) preferred.
Technical Competencies:
- Good written & spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of Trade Finance.
- General knowledge of statutory rules and regulations.
- Good sense of risk and fraud prevention principles.
- Good PC skills, especially Microsoft Office applications.
