Job Description
The Key accountabilities cover for the checker role:
- To perform the Data Capture for Cred card / PL Application include exception- case follow up with Sales and TV colleague
- To perform data maintenance by channel request, including static data change, card status update , cancellation, card block code ………..etc
- To handle credit card statement returned and reprinting related matters.
- To perform card re-issue , cash advance PIN generation and mailing
- To perform credit card servicing related DDA utility, autopay setup processes
- Communicate with outside vendors for card embossing / reconciliation .
- Support end2end UAT testing, LV, data verification and result validation before project sign-off
Requirements
- Positive attitude, ambitious, good stress resistance
- Clear articulate, strong learning spirit and able to bear performance pressure
- Computer relevant skills such as Excel, Outlook, Word and typing
