Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate, and support daily routine shared services regulatory reporting and files transmission.
- Develop and maintain a Control Tower to utilize the Data-Driven Operation Model (DDOM) for maximizing value from data and driving strategies to deliver business outcomes.
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to effectively manage reporting and operational risk while supporting BU/SU for business and project needs.
- Foster stronger relationships in bank-wide initial projects and facilitate system enhancements and process improvements.
- Provide support for daily routine shared services, including Nostro reconciliation, regulatory reporting/files transmission, and monthly proof in compliance with internal/external SLAs and standardized requirements.
Requirements:
- - Experiencein a financial institution or relevant industry.
- Self-driven with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably, familiarity with banking products
- with solid presentation skill to senior manager by project base
- with excel VBA tool to analysis and facilitate work efficiently
