Responsibilities
Provide personalized home advice and solutions to customers, tailored to their specific needs and preferences
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer's financial situation, lifestyle, and future goals to recommend suitable home-related products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end customer experience
Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide informed guidance to customers
Actively participate in customer engagement activities, such as events and workshops, to build brand awareness and foster customer relationships
Contribute to the continuous improvement of home advisory processes and tools to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the financial services or real estate industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in the housing and financial services industry
Proficient in using relevant software and digital tools to support customer advisory services
