Job Description

Role Purpose

To support senior leaders in driving provider management-related projects and transformation initiatives, ensuring effective coordination, execution, and follow-through. This role acts as a project coordinator and subject matter expert (SME), providing both strategic and administrative support to enable successful delivery of network strategy, system enhancements, and operational improvements.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support senior leaders in planning, execution, and tracking of provider management projects and initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functiona l stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, and follow up on action items
  • Prepare project updates, dashboards, and presentation materials for management review
  • Provide administrative and coordination support, including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation
  • Maintain project trackers, RAID logs, and documentation repositories
  • Support system enhancement initiatives, including requirement documentation, UAT coordination, and issue tracking
  • Assist in provider engagement and communication for rollout of new initiatives and process changes
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making and project insights
  • Support governance, SOP documentation, and continuous improvement of processes

Required Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in project coordination, healthcare operations, provider management, or consulting
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects or transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to system implementation, UAT coordination, or process improvement initiatives
  • Experience in healthcare insurance, provider networks, or claims operations is an advantage

Preferred Skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Solid project management fundamentals and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently while supporting senior leadership effectively
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools and presentation/reporting tools
