Summary

This position is responsibleforbusinessprocessesinareasof Operation support, System implementation, Coordination and enquiry handling, Commission and administration tasks.

The Job

  • Provide operational support for daily sales activities across insurance, investment, and MPF business lines

  • Act as coordinator between frontline channels and operation teams of product providers

  • Handle client application documentation and ensure completeness and accuracy

  • Process business submissions including risk assessment, AML and CDD checks

  • Maintain client database, system records, and physical filing in compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare document sample for various internal and external audit

  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

  • Support onboarding and offboarding of frontline channels (e.g. advisors)

  • Handle customer enquiries and provide after-sales support (administrative, renewal, claims, pending cases)

  • Perform commission and compensation processing, including liaison with product providers on commission release and reconciliation

  • Perform administrative duties including licensing, regular reporting, and sample checking

  • Support manager and team on ad-hoc tasks

The Person

  • HKCEE / HKDSE / Diploma or above

  • Minimum 3+ years of working experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant operational experience in insurance brokerage / IFA industry,preferably in handling agency/sales channel compensation of insurance broker

  • Experience in handling insurance, MPF and SFC business submissions

  • Experience with system implementation/system migration /system enhancements

  • Must have IIQE passed in Paper 1 , 2,3 & 5

  • Good to havepassedtheMPF IntermediariesExamination andhaveTR license of Type1&4(SFC)

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Well-organized with ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy under pressure

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (internal and external coordination)

  • Independent and accountable, with good time management

  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset

  • Responsible and reliable

  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (written and spoken)

  • Knowledge of insurance brokerage / IFA operational processes

  • Familiarity with insurance, MPF and investment business submission workflows

  • Understanding of Hong Kong insurance regulatory framework (e.g., AML / CDD requirements)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

  • Strong data handling, documentation, and record-management skills
