The Urban Renewal Authority (URA) is tasked to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Talent and Culture (T&C) team, this role is primarily responsible for hands-on, end-to-end video and digital content production to support internal communications and engagement initiatives.
The incumbent will serve as anin-house video production specialist, delivering quality visual content from concept to final output.
Plan and execute hands-on video production from pre-production to post-production, including storyboarding, script refinement, logistics coordination, on-site shooting with camera, lighting and audio setup, photography support, and video editing
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate content objectives into clear and engaging visual materials aligned with organisational standards
Manage digital media assets and production materials, and adopt appropriate technologies to enhance workflow efficiency and content quality
Undertake other duties as assigned to support the Talent and Culture team
Requirements:
Holder of a higherdiploma or above in Multimedia, Film/TV Production, Digital Media or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years solid hands-on experience in end-to-end video production, with practical experience in camera operation, lighting setup, audio recording and post-production editing using professional editing software
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects concurrently, and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Experience in producing corporate or internal communications content, and familiarity with AI-enabled tools for video, image or script enhancement, are advantages
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Officer.
