Job Description

The applicant must possess
  1. a recognised degree in marketing, communication, business administration or other construction related disciplines
  2. a minimum of 5 years post-qualification relevant work experience, preferably in sizeable organisations / education institutions / government departments
  3. proficiency in Microsoft application software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and website management Chinese word processing is a must
  4. excellent project management and interpersonal skills
  5. good time management skill and ability to work independently under pressure and
  6. good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Duties include
  1. Establish the digitalization plan for the Collaborative Schemes, includes automating administrative procedures, data analysis, enhancement of measures and mechanisms.
  2. Develop and implement automation systems to handle applications from training bodies, generate automated reports on training progress, etc.
  3. Utilize AI tools to conduct preliminary reviews of student admission requirements and perform deep-dive analysis on training data to improve programme outcomes.
  4. Execute a comprehensive quality assurance and site inspection plan to ensure all participating training bodies and students meet required standards.
  5. Establish and maintain trusting relationships with collaborating training bodies and stakeholders through effective communication and professional oversight.
  6. Prepare strategic work plans, statistical reports, and professional correspondence for management review.
  7. Provide support for HKIC events and handle any ad-hoc assignments or duties as assigned by the Executive Director.
