Purpose of this Position
The Senior Marketing Specialist leads the strategic planning and execution of integrated B2B marketing communications, maintaining a core focus on the synergy between diverse physical events, including large-scale exhibitions and technical seminars, and digital marketing initiatives. This is an execution-oriented role requiring hands-on ownership of the entire event lifecycle while simultaneously spearheading independent digital campaigns to drive market demand.
By translating brand and product strategies into cohesive O2O (Online-to-Offline) experiences, the position ensures close collaboration with sales, product teams, and external partners to accelerate brand awareness, audience engagement, and qualified lead generation, ultimately maximizing the total ROI and business impact.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Integrated Event & Exhibition Management: Take full ownership of the end-to-end execution of diverse physical events, independently managing all logistics, branding, and vendor relations to ensure seamless alignment with corporate objectives.
- Digital Campaign Management: Aligned with the supervisor's strategic guidance, independently plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including PPC, social media and owned media; while translating technical product knowledge into impactful marketing messaging to drive brand positioning and market demand.
- Demand Generation & Performance Analytics: Take full ownership of the lead generation funnel and budget oversight, utilizing CRM and marketing automation tools to track, qualify, and convert engagement from all channels into high-quality leads and measurable ROI.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Event Experience: 35 years of hands-on experience in large-scale event planning or tradeshow management (experience with international exhibitions is highly preferred).
- Digital Experience: 23 years of experience in digital marketing, including social media, PPC fundamentals, and marketing automation.
- Language: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
- Industry Background: Prior experience in B2B technology, Industrial IoT, or the ICT sector is a significant advantage.
