Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Architecture & Value Definition
- Establish the brand foundation by defining core values, visual identity, and communication tone from the ground up, ensuring a distinctive and professional positioning in the minds of consumers.
2. Brand Storytelling
- Craft compelling brand narratives and translate complex scientific and R&D data into clear, engaging, and consumer-centric value propositions.
3. Product Concept & NPD Strategy
- Market Opportunity Identification: Analyze industry trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify high-growth categories and define the strategic positioning of new products.
- Product Concept Development: Lead product conceptualization, including formulation proposals, key selling points, packaging design, and pricing strategy.
- ROI Assessment: Evaluate market potential and revenue projections (e.g., defining A+/A-tier product pipelines) to ensure effective allocation of resources.
4. Cross-functional Leadership
- Process Management: Drive Stage-Gate processes across product development, coordinating with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial teams to accelerate time-to-market.
- External Partnerships: Identify and manage external collaborations, including technology licensing, ingredient sourcing, and co-branding opportunities, to maximize brand impact.
Qualifications
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or product management.
- Experience in brand incubation, end-to-end product launches (01), or a background in pharmaceuticals or healthcare products is highly preferred.
