We are seeking a proactive and well-connected professional to join our team as a (Senior) Market Access Manager supporting our biosimilar business. In this role, you will lead market access strategies and drive business growth across Taiwan and Hong Kong, working closely with a team of experienced sales, marketing and functional experts. Your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and navigate complex access environments will be key to ensuring patient access and business success.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement market access strategies for biosimilar and Sandoz products in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
  • Secure reimbursement and formulary listings in alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including payers, government agencies, hospital decision-makers, and industry associations.
  • Monitor healthcare policy changes and assess their impact on market access and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs) to ensure alignment and execution of access plans.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to improve patient access and affordability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in market access, pricing, or health economics within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare systems, reimbursement processes, and regulatory environments in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
  • Demonstrated success in securing product listings and implementing effective access strategies.
  • Exceptional networking and relationshipbuilding capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with strategic thinking ability.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage
