Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team to lead the development and implementation of innovative rewards policies and programs that foster a high-performance culture. This position offers the opportunity to shape executive compensation strategies and enhance employee benefits across a growing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute rewards policies and programs that align with the organization's philosophy and strategic objectives. Support remuneration committees on matters related to executive compensation. Lead the annual remuneration review cycle, ensuring alignment with market standards through comprehensive benchmarking and analysis. Oversee incentive programs, including short- and long-term incentives, linking reward outcomes with long-term value creation. Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave, and flexible benefits schemes. Enhance the performance management framework to bolster organizational capabilities and individual performance. Review and formulate international mobility policies that support global growth and workforce mobility needs.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in any discipline HR-related qualifications are preferred. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in rewards and compensation. Strong communication, analytical, and influencing skills. Strategic mindset with an exceptional attention to detail.
