Purpose - Strategic Delivery

  • Drive day-to-day planning and execution for assigned strategic programs, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and on value
  • Apply governance and project management standards maintain plans, cost and benefit tracking
  • Partner with Group and business unit heads to deliver strategic targets
  • Drive cross-functional problem-solving to remove execution barriers

Key accountabilities - Strategic Delivery

  • Own integrated plans and critical paths for assigned initiatives manage dependencies, risks, and issues with clear accountability
  • Run cadence (stand-ups, reviews, SteerCos) prepare executive-ready updates and portfolio packs
  • Define and track benefits baseline with workstream owners
  • Align cross-program efforts across platforms and functions
  • Coach workstream leads on PMO standards, tools, and reporting to uplift execution discipline
  • Proactively surface scope/timeline/resource adjustments escalate early with data-backed recommendations

Qualifications / experience

  • 8+ years relevant working experience for candidates from inhouse insurance Strategy/Transformation/Impact Delivery, including portfolio leadership in complex, multi-market environments, and/or in a leading management consultancy firm
  • Experience in insurance/financial services preferred track record delivering enterprise change and value realisation
  • Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related MBA a plus

Knowledge & technical skills

  • Knowledge and experience across Asian insurance markets is preferred
  • Portfolio and program governance (stage gates, OKRs, benefits management) Agile Portfolio Management.
  • Business acumen to model, baseline and validate benefits strong command of KPIs and dashboards.
  • Expert stakeholder management and executive communication ability to influence without authority.
  • Certifications desirable: PMP/PRINCE2, SAFe/Agile, Lean Six Sigma
