WhatYou'llBe Doing:

• Own end-to-end vision and execution for large-scale development projects, from site selection, due diligence, design, entitlement, and approvals through construction readiness and delivery preparation.

• Translate NVIDIA's business goals into clear development strategies, action plans, schedules, risk mitigation approaches, and defensible documentation.

• Lead site, land, entitlement, regulatory, permitting, and approval pathways while balancing AHJ requirements, business priorities, and project constraints.

• Serve as the primary interface with government bodies, municipalities, agencies, utilities, and other approval authorities shape submission, negotiation, and approval strategies.

• Identify, engage, and coordinate specialized consultants and SMEs across entitlement, environmental, legal, engineering, permitting, architecture, PM, and CM functions.

• Partner with architects, engineers, external PM/CM teams, and internal collaborators to maintain alignment with development intent, scope, dependencies, and delivery objectives.

• Establish strong program governance, including status tracking, risk management, decision documentation, collaborator commitments, and executive-ready reporting.

• Provide leadership with clear tradeoff analysis, recommendations, key risks, dependencies, and action-oriented decision materials.

What We NeedToSee:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 12+ years of total experience in real estate development and capital projects delivery, including 8+ years of management experience with direct responsibility for approvals/entitlements and coordination among multiple parties.

• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, complex developments in Taiwan (or deeply comparable regulatory environment), including AHJ interface and negotiation.

• Proven ability to manage consultants and cross-functional collaborators, getting resultsthroughinfluence and structured governance.

• Experience with enterprise / tech / critical workplace or campus developments.

• Track recorddelivering complex programs across multiple authorities andjurisdictions.

• Familiarity with procurement/vendor management, contracting, andscopedefinition for specialist services.

• Comfortoperatingin ambiguity and buildingstructurewhere processes are not yetestablished.
