Position: Senior Manager, Process Innovation

The &aposProcess Innovation&apos team drives process improvement plans across the entire supply chain by analyzing internal procedures and supporting the implementation/settlement of items on the field. This team contributes to enhancing Coupang&aposs growing competitiveness while leveraging internal processes and re-defining costs.

What You Will Do

• Planning: Daily and weekly planning with the carriers, ensuring the loads are covered according to the routing plan prepared by the carrier managers.
• TMS: Operate the Transportation Management System (TMS) for communication with carriers and internal parties. Develop and enhance the TMS together with the Product/Tech team.
• Daily Operation: Manage the ad-hoc additional loads, cancellations, and other unexpected situations so that the Taiwan Transport Network can commit to on-time delivery against the lowest possible costs. Work closely with internal parties to provide real-time support on all transportation-related matters.
• Reporting/Analysis: Drive reporting and analysis through tools, portals, and reports by using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, TMS, BI, etc. Attend/arrange cadence meetings to close off the performance gap issues.
• Operation Process: Develop, review, and enhance the processes to continuously improve efficiency.
• Carriers Management: Build a rapport with carriers to ensure we receive top class service level. Follow up with carriers to ensure they are working according to the set expectations and agreements. This includes tracking loads and reacting to issues/warnings that the system is generating. Systematically escalate problems to the relevant carrier manager&aposs teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure that they are delivered.
• Finance: Ensure the carriers&apos billing is properly tracked, and processed, and payments made according to the commitment.
• Procurement: To introduce a new 3PL to enhance the service level at the lowest possible cost.
• Process Innovation: Collaborate with diverse teams in a rapidly growing environment and deliver insight from data analysis to enhance the decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven transportation experiences: capacity to plan and organize work for network management.
• 8+ years in process enhancement, project management and problem solving: ideally in logistics, transportation, EC fulfillment centers / warehouse environment (but open to other relevant industries)
• University degree in a relevant discipline
• Analytical skills: can generate insights from statistics and collected information
• Effective time management skills: able to meet schedules and timelines.
• Clear communication: both orally and in writing
• Bilingual is ideal: English and Mandarin
